Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, email, company and your description. Server logs hold the usual technical records, such as IP address and request time.
Why
To reply to you and, if it comes to that, to make an offer. There is no newsletter, no advertising, and the data is never sold.
Legal basis
Your enquiry is pre-contractual communication, server logs rest on the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure. GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f).
How long
Enquiries stay in email until the conversation ends, and are deleted within three years at the latest. If a project happens, accounting retention rules apply.
Who else sees it
Only the providers the site cannot run without: hosting and email. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
Sending the form
The form message is sent on our behalf by Resend, an email provider. It travels through their EU servers into our mailbox. We have no database, and the form content is stored nowhere.
Cookies
There are no cookies at all, neither advertising nor analytics. The language comes from the address, hagman.ee is Estonian and hagman.ee/en is English, and nothing is stored for it. The only thing written to your browser is one short-lived entry the site uses to remember where you had scrolled to when you come back. It is cleared with the browser tab, stays on your device and never reaches us.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to kaspar@hagman.ee and you get an answer within a month, usually much sooner.
